Our OnLine Store is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours for all enquiries are as follows :-

Ordering Information

We accept orders by phone, fax, E-mail, post and via our secure Web Site. Payment can be made by Credit Card ( Visa, MasterCard ) Also by PayPal,

Cheque , Money Order and Direct Debit. If ordering online and paying by cheque or money order, please print a copy of your order and mail with payment.

Shipping Costs

If ordering online the freight costs will be adjusted automatically and displayed on your invoice.

Generally Orders up to $18.00 Postage & Handling = $5.00

$19.00 to $99.00 Postage & Handling = $8.25

$100 + Postage & Handling = $13.20

International

Customer's ordering outside of Australia will be Notified of shipping costs for approval prior to processing the order.

Check Out Options

"When I have gone to the checkout I was fronted with the only option of joining PayPal."

No! There are many payment options.After you have selected your order and pressed proceed to check out (some times this is a little slow but it will take you there) You are presented with a page with PayPal at the top and you Can press that button if that is how you wish to pay... Under that it has Or.. Account Login / New Account.. Where you enter you customer login ( if you have an existing account)...That will save you entering your details under Customer Details or you can create a new one, which will keep a record of you details so you don't have to keep re-entering the same info each time you order.

Finally under that it has Or.. Customer Details... Where if you do not wish to do any of the above you place your info there and press the continue button and this will lead you to a page that gives you many payment options.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 7 to 14 days on receipt of payment.

International orders. 2 to 4 weeks.
